I know, I know: picture overload! I just couldn’t contain myself and wanted to share some of my favorites from the runway, from Paris to New York. Let’s start with the basics! I just love how quite a few designers kept it simple and monotone. Interesting details but not too much fuss and of course in my favorite colors: black, white and blue (I just skipped all the soft pink colors, they are just not for me, although I love it on others!).
Tibi – Stella McCartney – Helmut Lang – Costume National – Victoria Beckham – Helmut Lang
All I can say is more please (don’t you just love those rolled pants legs?)!
Calvin Klein – Costume National – Calvin Klein
If everything is in monotone colors, you kind of risk the chance of looking too boring. We all know that different kind of textures are a big plus, but what I like most this fashion season are the intricate details of the fabrics, from cut-outs to mesh and textures.
Neil Barret – Jeremy Laing – Balenciaga
Playing around with shape and form: from a crop top, to loose dresses and low belts. These looks feel fresh without adding too much details. I like!
Stella McCartney – Jeremy Laing – Alexander Wang – Acne – Helmut Lang
Hard to miss and definitely a favorite for upcoming spring!
Alexander Wang – Alexander Wang – Helmut Lang
Just love the layering at Theyskens’ Theory (1st and 3th pic). Also perfect to try out the coming months as Fall and Winter are the perfect seasons for layering.
Theyskens’ Theory – Jil Sander – Theyskens’ Theory – Kenzo
