Our top 5 interiors of 2015

We saw so many amazing interiors this last year: minimal and eclectic, filled with art and plants resulting in cozy corners and cool open spaces. So we though it would be cool to feature the ones that made it into our top 5 list. We went through every interior that we posted this last year and ended up with 5 spaces, from lesser known names to well-known names such as Norm Architects and Fantastic Frank. Our favorite? The Line NY!

Our top 5:

  1. The Line NY
  2. Scott & Scott
  3. Time of the Aquarius
  4. Fantastic Frank
  5. Norm Architects

1. The Line NY

The perfect combination of vintage and minimal design while maintaining and creating a very personal style. There’s not a thing we don’t love, from the dining chairs to the incorporated bench/dressoir thing (not sure what to call it, but it looks amazing).

2. Norm Architects

Norm Architects, founded in 2008, but already a brand we can’t imagine not being around. From product design to architecture: everything they touch turns into gold. And these stylistic shots have made it right into our top 5 (that dining table!).

3. Time of the Aquarius

Well-known stylist Minna Jones isn’t blogging that much lately, but her Instagram account sure makes uo for it. These pictures are from her cottage in the countryside and we absolutely love the ton-sur-ton styling! The walls, floor and furniture communicate one clear style, resulting in a cool and calming space. We can only dream of ever having a cottage this beautiful. Or a house…

4. Fantastic Frank

This real estate broker’s website is one we check regularly. It’s the perfect inspiration for anyone with a small apartment (and anybody else for that matter) as they show how even a small space can be styled to perfection. We love the soft earth tones in this all white apartment, it makes us want to snuggle on the couch with hot cocoa.

5. Scott & Scott

Speaking about that cottage feeling, architects Scott & Scott made this mountain house into a space that keeps its inhabitants happily locked up. A calm open space, vintage furniture and large windows pretty much sums up our dream interior.
